Prep and application
Start with clean and dry nails
Use provided cuticle pusher to gently scrape cuticle residue off of nail bed. (Optional) Gently lift attached cuticle off nail bed.
Using the provided nail buffer, gently buff the shine from your nails.
Use provided alcohol wipe to clean off and remove the natural oils off the nail bed.
Recommended: Use your favorite basecoat for increased retention. Basecoats provide a sticky surface for the glue and nail to better adhere.
If using sticky tabs, place tabs that fit your nail bed side to side horizontally without touching the skin. If using glue, place a small amount on both the press-on and your natural nail.
Press the press-on nail to your nail bed gently, but firmly for about 30 seconds. This ensures the glue has time to dry properly.
Avoid rough work, handwashing, or submerging your hands in water for at least 4 hours.
Nails attached with adhesive tabs:
Adhesive tabs are best for shorter term wear of press-on nails (up to 7 days)
Approximate time for removal of press-on nails: 10-15 minutes.
Fill a bowl with comfortable warm water and a few drops of dish soap.
Submerge nails for 5-10 minutes.
Gently test each nail for lifting (do not force!). Remember, patience will be a key factor in safe removal and ensuring reusability of your press-on nail set!
If it still feels firmly attached, soak for another 5 minutes and test again. Repeat this step as necessary.
Once there’s some looseness, lift gently using provided cuticle stick starting from the edge closest to your cuticle.
Slide the cuticle stick gently under the press-on, never prying or forcing. If the nail doesn’t come off with minimal resistance, soak longer.
Once your press-on nails have been removed, carefully roll any left-over sticky tab off the natural nail.
You may use alcohol to assist in removing any residue left on the nail.
Nails attached using nail glue:
Fill a bowl with comfortably warm water, a few drops of dish-soap, and about a tablespoon of cuticle, olive, or coconut oil.
Submerge nails for 15-20 minutes. Approximate removal time for press-on nails 20-30 minutes.
Gently test each nail for lifting (do not force!) If it still feels firmly attached, add a few drops of cuticle oil directly under the edges of the press-on and soak for a further 5-10 minutes.
Patience is what will ensure safe removal of press-on nails from your nails and allow for reusability of press-ons!
Once there’s some looseness, lift gently using provided cuticle stick starting from the edge closest to your cuticle.
Move slowly and apply more oil as you go. Resistance is an indicator the glue needs to soften further.
Slide the cuticle stick gently under the press-on, never prying or forcing.
Once the press-on nails have been removed, you can gently buff away any glue residue on your natural nail.
Buff in one direction, doing so gently to preserve health of your nail plate.
You may also use rubbing alcohol to help remove residue.
Waterslide Decal Application Guide:
Apply a white or light color polish as a base. The lighter color the better!
No need to cut them out of a sheet, that’s already been taken care of!
Simply grab the correct size decal from your set.
Soak in water or on wet paper towel and apply to nail as desired.
Allow the decal to air dry for a few minutes.
Cut/file off any overhang of the decal in a downward direction to avoid lifting of the design.
Apply a topcoat gel or polish over the design to seal it up and you’re off!
